We are looking for System Administrator with technical oriented skilled candidates
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Install and maintain computer peripherals & software licenses
2. Work on asset management - managing complete asset lifecycle & logistical part (sending & collecting the laptop)
3. Troubleshoot technology issues
4. Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
5. Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
6. Guide users with simple, step-by-step troubleshooting instructions
7. Conduct remote troubleshooting on software issues
8. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
9. Handle case logging for assets hardware issue with OEM warranty.
