Liaison Executive - JD:
1. Handling all statutory approvals required for construction - end to end
2. Knowledge in BOCW/CLRA/Immigrant law
3. Maintaining close contact and good relationship with all Government
officials in all Government and Local Bodies etc
4. Updating with new laws related to our concern
5. Coordinating with architect, structural engineer etc.,for making correction
in the plan as and when required
6. Required good inter personal skills

7. Obtaining approvals and licenses required for procurement of materials equipment, man power etc
8. Understanding the local body rules & regulations
9. Track records in approval till end
