Job Descriptions:
• Candidate should be Diploma / BE Metallurgy or Mechanical
• Should have 8 to 10 years of experience in same field
• Responsible to perform all activities of Melting in induction Furnace and Arc Furnace for all steel grades from Carbon steel to High end alloys of Nickel steel
• Good knowledge of Pouring of liquid metal
• Should know the Charging calculation for various grades of steel
• Should be able to Prepare documents related to the processes
• Should be able to to maintain quality of all steel grades
• Should be familiar with Microstructure examination
