• Health, safety and environmental (HSE) manager is responsible for developing and implementing company safety programs. Review and update institutional HSE policies and conduct risk assessments to detect potential hazards and plan precautionary measures. • 10 Years Experience in Reputed Steel Foundry / or Similar (Industry), Oil and Gas is also acceptable
• Bachelors degree in occupational health, safety management, environmental science or Equivalent.
• Good communication and leadership skills, able to drive and lead a team in a factory environment
• Evaluates the workplace environment and develops safety-management policies that identify and define the safety responsibilities of all employees. This involves assessing the nature of business activities, number of employees and existing policies.
• To continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the organization, the HSE manager coordinates training programs for employees.
• Leads the Investigation of Workplace Incidents and potential incidents
• The HSE manger prepares monthly reports and makes presentations to senior management to analyze trends and present/recommends corrective actions
