Job Descriptions:
• Candidate should be B.Tech. / B.E. in Mechanical, Or Diploma in Mechanical
• Should have 8 to 10 years of experience in same field.
• Experience of Molding process in No-Bake sand system with continuous Mixer in Heavy Steel Casting
• Knowledge of Alphas Set Chemically bonded sand molding process.
• Should have the experience in working with continuous molding line, Automatic Fast loop Molding Line.
• Able to handle Workers, Yield Improvements, Cost Control, Productivity Improvements & Interested to take new initiative.
• Identification of Mold defects and casting defects & able to take corrective and preventive action (CAPA).
• Production of Quality castings by Core Making. Mold Making through various types of sand used for making core &Molds.
