• Candidate should be DME / B Sc.
• Should have 8 to 10 years of experience in same field.
• Should be able to read the Drawings and able to check dimensions of casting as per drawing.
• Able to handle Fettling Workers, Cost Control, Productivity Improvements. • Production of good Castings by adapting right process. Reduction of Rejections.
• Rejection analysis and their rectification.
• Monthly targets and their achievement Improvement of Productivity and Quality
• Visual Inspection, Identification of casting defects & able to corrective and preventive action (CAPA).
