We Need Assistant MD with Good Communication skills with 2-5Years Experience
Roles & Responsibilities :
•Provide executive and administrative support to MD.
•Manage , coordinate and maintain calendar of MD including appointments , meetings and travel.
•Responsible for organizing of internal and external meetings on behalf of the MD , ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g. meeting venue , equipment , presentations , prepare agendas.
•Drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations , as required by the MD.
•Responsible for managing MDs personal drivers daily schedule in line with MDs daily requirements.
•Independently can handle Secretarial activities , Directors Schedule , Travelling , Hotel Booking , Mail Drafting , Dictation , Guest handling , Agreements drafting , Typing , Reception handling.
•Manage all client interaction and communication , should front end the relationship with the client if required.
Salary package:30K-50K
