Key Skills:
1. Strong English verbal and written communication skills
2 Strong knowledge of using MS Excel & MS Word
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand and manage customer concerns and expectations and coordinate with the sales and operations team
2. Act as a single point of contact for change management and coordinate issues with stake holders
3. Develop long-term sustainable relationships with customer

1. Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written.
