*Experience:* 8 years in the Automobile Industry. At lease minimum 1 years in Service Manager field.

*Location:* He must be in Salem local.
*Marital Status:* he must be married person.
Job description
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Ensure that the Service Department contributes to customer satisfaction by providing optimal customer care
- Responsible for Increase of After sales service and thereby increased customer market share in the area
- Responsible for workshop loading and achieving defined targets by number of job orders and service volumes
- Ensure prompt, polite and efficient contact with potential and existing customers
- To maximize customer loyalty and retention, by ensuring that customers receive constant care and attention
- To increase After Sales service for the department by promoting service offerings with the parts department (example. Extended warranty, service contract, Insurance and RSA.
- Customer Retention Activities - Free Service camps, Customer meet & initial Quality survey etc to fulfill customer desire as well as to achieve satisfaction
- Managing all service department employees, as well as monitoring their performance for the Region
- Creating goals and new objectives, promoting new and repeat business for the Region
- Encouraging technicians to keep their skills up-to-date through periodic technical training on new systems and components offered by the automotive manufacturers
- Maintaining the highest Customer Service Index (CSI) rating from customers by handling customer and complaints immediately and according to as per the policy.
