• Manage many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction, resolve issues and provide solutions
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive
communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs
• Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Required skills:
• Basic typing Speed
• Excellent Communication Skill (English, Tamil and Hindi mandatory)
• Basic Computer Skills
• Prior experience and Knowledge with CRM practices and systems is added an advantage
• Customer oriented attitude with professionalism
• Prior experience with customer service and call centers in relevant job roles
• Strong multi-tasking, time management and target achieving skills
• Discipline, Positive Attitude & Punctuality
