Broad Responsibilities: - Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Support managers with performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, feedback, and development planning.
- Initiate programs to enhance employee engagement, improve organizational culture, and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Should be proficient in MS excel
