Patient Coordinator:
An Patient Coordinator is overall responsible for New patient Registration, Financial Counseling, Coordinating with doctors and front office, IVF file maintaining , briefing on the IVF procedure to all new patients
Responsibilities:
Entering complete patient history in SIVIS Patient satisfaction in clarity towards understanding medical procedure Patient satisfaction in clarity towards understanding financial packages for the treatment advised
Patient satisfaction in clarity towards explanation of medicines
To follow-up on all investigations and test results and communicate the same to the Consultants.
To assist the Consultants for all operative procedures.
Completion of SIVIS tasks Informing referral doctor during patient stimulation, OPU, ET and further treatment advised for Neg. βHCG patients (Same day)
Informing AFC doctors about drugs(Regular interval)
Experience : 1 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Any Degree
