Job Descriptions:
Roles & Responsibilities
• Checking the quantity of the in house material.
• Preparing Purchase Request in ERP if the quantity is less for production.
• Coordinating with Mam for the approval for the said material.
• Coordinating with the purchasing team for the material.
• If any material has arrived, will check the quantity of the material based on the bill.
• Preparing GRN Entry in ERP against purchase order and close the cash/credit bill.
• Preparing Issue Entry for project wise materials to Metal, Polishing, Wood, Signage and Buffing Department.
• Ensure and provide materials for the Installation team and Preparing Installation DC to the team.
• Ensuring the stock after Installation team are back and update the ERP with the current stock.
• Prepare outsource DC.
